By checking weather patterns for heat waves and cold snaps, we make sure your wine avoids extreme temperatures and arrives at your door in perfect condition.

Returns
We never settle in our hunt for the bottles that define the art of wine—and don't want our members to settle either. There is no time limit for returns or exchanges nor do we charge restocking fees. In certain cases, we will email you a prepaid print-at-home label and have you either return the shipment to a FedEx/UPS location or schedule a day for FedEx/UPS to pick up your shipment.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For orders that have yet to ship from our warehouses, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund or store credit—whichever you’d prefer.
