AN Tokubetsu Junmai, Okayama
From a brewery established in the 1700s in southern prefecture of Okayama, the AN Tokubetsu Junmai is a sake of complexity and power. It highlights the complexity and captivating qualities of Omachi rice combined with gentle aging and the impactful Okayama water. Ideal for richer dishes like creamy pasta, BBQ, and even burgers.

Takachiyo 59 Junmai Ginjo Nama, Niigata
Hailing from one of Japan’s most important prefectures for sake breweries, Takachiyo showcases the pure water of the Echigo Mountains. An unpasteurized Junmai Ginjo with a lively fruit-forward character, it’s fresh, vibrant, and enchanting. An excellent match for spicy dishes like curry, molé, or Pad Thai.

Heavensake Junmai Daiginjo, Yamaguchi 
Crafted from Yamadanishiki rice by one of the most celebrated breweries in Japan, Heavensake Junmai Daiginjo is an excellent example of an elevated, highly polished sake. Elegant and pure, it’s the perfect pairing for a seafood tower, caviar, or smoked salmon.
