From Napa Valley’s Most Coveted Sites
On a bottle of Napa Cabernet, there’s only one name whose importance can match that of the winery.
That name is Beckstoffer.
California grapegrower Andy Beckstoffer presides over some of the most coveted vineyard land in the world. Most distinguished among his 1,000 acres are his Heritage Vineyards: six historic plots that boast unparalleled history and provenance—and generate unmatched demand among vintners.
We're proud to offer our members a set of three collector-worthy wines, sourced from three Beckstoffer Heritage Vineyards and crafted by some of the most talented winemakers in Napa Valley. It includes:
2020 Myriad Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard Napa Valley
Beckstoffer Georges III, situated on the eastern edge of the Rutherford AVA, has been one of the finest winegrowing sites in California for more than a century. Myriad winemaker Mike Smith has been turning out stunning bottlings from Georges III for years, and he delivered a gorgeous, black-fruited blockbuster in 2020.
2018 Venge Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard Napa Valley
Oakville’s Missouri Hopper Vineyard was originally part of a piece of land owned by Yountville namesake George C. Yount. Now planted with multiple clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, it provides phenomenal fruit for winemakers lucky enough to score some. This bottle comes from Kirk Venge, who is Napa Valley winemaking royalty. (97 WE, 96+ WA)
2019 TOR Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Napa Valley
Tor Kenward and his winemaker Jeff Ames produce some of the most luxurious and beloved Cabernets in Napa Valley. The result of their combined skill applied to Cabernet from the most historic site in Napa is utterly sublime. (97+ JD, 97 JS, 97 WA)
