The terroir of the southerly Castelnuovo Berardenga subzone—renowned for turning out richly concentrated masterpieces―combined with a fantastic growing season to supply this 2020 with the makings of legend.

Nuanced blackberry, black cherry, and spice-box tones are anchored by the gentle grip of a refined framework of tannins.

The Baccis acquired the 14th-century estate in 1980 and hired superstar enologist Alberto Antonini, who favors a non-interventionist approach.
