A Cabernet that Deserves Its Name
The 2019 CULT Cabernet represents the pinnacle of Beau Vigne, which was founded by Ed and Trish Snider in 2002 and rose to fame on a parade of raves. Robert Parker HIMSELF called it “one of my favorite wineries,” and over the years, his Wine Advocate has honored it with scores of 96–98+ points.
Beau Vigne has always had a first-class winemaker at the helm—first Dave Phinney, then Kirk Venge, and now Wine Access–favorite winemaker Fayard. He crafted the 2019 CULT from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on Beau Vigne’s gravelly estate vineyard in Rutherford and their impeccable site on the Oakville Bench, a plot that neighbors To Kalon, Missouri Hopper, and Martha’s Vineyard. For the final blend, he hand-selected barrels to create a wine that shows its exceptional quality in every sip.
Deep-purple in color, the 2019 Beau Vigne CULT Cabernet shows penetrating blackberry and blueberry aromas accented by rich notes of mocha, allspice, Maduro tobacco, and black licorice. Full-bodied and opulent, it’s built on firmly gripping tannins that complement the texture of the ripe black fruits and slide into a long and savory finish.
We're thrilled to bring this wine to you. It deserves its name!
