Continuum is the natural next step for the families of Tim and Marcia Mondavi- a family whose commitment to wine spans four generations and over 100 years. From the eastern hills of Napa, the world-renowned Sage Mountain Vineyard overlooks Oakville, a visual reminder of the family’s one-of-a-kind history in the Valley. 

Tim, a 40+ year winemaking veteran, and his full-time team, work tirelessly to produce the truest expression of the fruit from those rocky, volcanic soils—inspiring Antonio Galloni to gush,  “No detail is too small to escape Tim Mondavi’s attention… the attention to detail is equaled at only a handful of properties across the valley.” 

The 2018 vintage has been touted as near-perfect, allowing the estate to truly shine. The 2018 offers abundant pristine black fruit and fresh florals with “a fantastically fragrant nose of candied violets, red roses, Morello cherries and blackcurrant pastilles with hints of wild blueberries, red currant jelly, iron ore and forest floor, plus a waft of cinnamon stick.” Wine Advocate summed it up as “an absolute head-turner… all that and then some.”
