One look at Sarrion’s vineyards and the balance of freshness and concentration instantly makes sense. Situated at 2,700 feet in elevation, the gnarled vines absorb their mineral subtlety from the limestone soils, buffeted by coastal winds from the east and the warm La Mancha from the west. Careful canopy management and clonal selection have resulted in small berries and loose clusters.
